Please note that we do not take requests for repeat medications over the telephone. You can contact us with any medication queries via the following ways

• By logging into SystmOnline
• Via the NHS App https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
• Calling our Thornaby practice at 01642 762921 (excluding repeat medication requests)
• Calling our Ingleby Barwick practice at 01642 766505 (excluding repeat medication requests)
• Call in to either practice and complete a repeat prescription request form

When Will My Prescription Be Ready For Collection?

Please refer to the table below for the times your repeat prescription will be ready to collect from the surgery.

The collection times below apply to prescriptions collected from the surgery. If your prescription is sent to your chosen pharmacy using the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) please check with the pharmacy when it will be ready to collect from them as they may require additional time to prepare your medication.

This practice is set up for the electronic prescription service.

This means that for most patients we can send your prescription to your chosen chemist directly saving you having to come down to the surgery.

To get your prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy you will have to ask reception to sign up.
