    Had an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Lucinda today. She immediately made me feel at ease with her warm, friendly welcoming manner. Listened to my worries and concerns. Lucinda appeared to make time for me and got to know me as a person not just a list of symptoms. Between us we came up with a "plan of action", to address my symptoms and potential treatment. In my opinion Lucinda certainly epitomises the six "Cs" of Nursing speaking as a retired NHS Nurse myself. By the end of the consultation I felt like I'd been chatting with a friend. I certainly would not hesitate to arrange another consultation with Lucinda. Friday 28 August 2026
    The doctor my daughter seen was very patient, kind, caring and listened to my concerns. I didnt feel rushed at any point in the appointment. She was so lovely with my daughter, using distraction techniques and was just so helpful. Tuesday 25 August 2026
    I would like to say how great that I think the staff are at TBMG Ingleby Barwick. They always are. They assisted me greatly of late when I was worried about some medication. I also had some concerns regarding post op recovery. The reception staff, were helpful, friendly and interested in my situation and I was very grateful to them all. They do really seem to understand that people are worried at times and help them. Thursday 20 August 2026
    I think Dr S Newton reconised for all her hard work and dedication I first went to see Dr S Newton about 3half years ago as i need a 2nd opinion on something And she put me at ease and sat and listened never made me feel like j need to rush She is a very caring Dr who does an amazing job i told everyone i know who is anxious the best dr is Dr S Newton Friday 14 August 2026
    Attended reception on 12th August. The receptionist Emma and the other receptionist were very respectful and helpful, which is a continuation of every contact I have had with Emma on reception. Thank you Thursday 13 August 2026
