    The new call back when your on hold is very good and the reception staff are very good but the overall time to get appointment is just good Friday 10 October
    The reception staff were outstanding from first contact and guided me through the new telephone system. In addition I found the very professional attitude was most reassuring and thanks to the help and guidance given by (I think her name was (Emma) ? I was able to book an appointment to see Dr Hall the same day - FIRST CLASS SERVICE. The doctor again was extremely helpful and was able to physically examine me and able to report no abnormalities,again super service.All in all the practice is a great asset to registered patients and we are indeed fortunate to have such a wonderful medical team at our disposal.
